Privacy Policy

SoundisiaK Studio is a music collaboration platform operated by One Click Flare, a SARL registered in France — RCS Paris 523 137 461, 8 bis rue Abel, 75012 Paris, France. One Click Flare is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.

We collect and store the following data when you use SoundisiaK Studio:

• Account information — your email address, display name and authentication identity, managed through AWS Cognito. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from your Google account; we never see your Google password.
• Your content — the audio files, cover images, lyrics, comments, tags and project metadata you upload or create on the platform.
• Collaboration data — workspace membership, invitations you send or receive, roles, and sharing links you create.
• Billing information — subscription status and plan. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Technical logs — server-side logs required to operate and secure the service.

Our public websites use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics tool hosted in the European Union. It does not use cookies, does not collect personal data and does not track you across sites. This is why you don't see a cookie banner here.

• To provide the service: hosting your projects, enabling collaboration, streaming and sharing your music.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, collaboration invitations, service notices).
• To bill your subscription and prevent fraud.
• To secure, maintain and improve the platform.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your music or content for any purpose other than providing the service to you. You retain full ownership of the content you upload.

User data — account information, project metadata and uploaded files — is hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure located in the us-east-1 region (Northern Virginia, United States). As a French company subject to EU law, One Click Flare ensures that this transfer outside the European Economic Area complies with the GDPR (EU 2016/679), relying on appropriate safeguards including AWS's adherence to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. By using SoundisiaK Studio, you acknowledge that your data is processed and stored in the United States under these conditions.

Content you upload is private to your workspace by default. When you create a shareable link, anyone with that link (and its password, if you set one) can access the shared content until the link expires or you revoke it. You are responsible for who you share links with.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, your personal data, projects and uploaded files are permanently deleted from our systems and any active subscription is cancelled. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on a rolling basis.

To request account deletion, use the account settings or contact privacy@oneclickflare.fr.

One Click Flare processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679). You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time by contacting privacy@oneclickflare.fr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.

If you upload content containing personal data of third parties, you act as the data controller for that content and One Click Flare acts as a data processor on your behalf.

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your files is controlled through signed, expiring URLs. Report any security concern to security@oneclickflare.fr.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

This policy is governed by the laws of France. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
